They know their craft at Hello Cafè. Their machine, a Faema, paired with Quaranta coffee, straight from southern Italy, is the recipe for an absolutely enjoyable brew.
The espresso they serve is properly made, well-balanced between strength and flavour. It might not merit a Paul Hollywood handshake, but it certainly ticks all the right boxes and it’s a solid choice.
Bonus (if you’re interested): what’s really getting a handshake here is their cortado. They definitely know how to make one and it’s by far the best we’ve tried in Birmingham.
